Our easy to clean aluminum cookie sheets come in a set of three. Each model has been designed to fit the entire surface of the oven and work with the airflow characteristics while baking on Pure Convection. The flat design allows the airflow to reach the food while the side lips make it easier to grasp the cookie sheet with an oven mitt.
